|Cooking/Serving Instructions||To oven cook: Preheat oven 190°C | 180°C Fan | 400°F | Gas Mark 5. Remove foil tray, place quiches on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes until piping hot. Do not reheat. To cook from frozen: Bake as above for 30 -35 minutes.|
