A delicious beetroot shortcrust pastry, filled with hot smoked salmon, leek, crème fraiche and seasoned with fresh dill. Hand-topped with smoked salmon, mature cheddar and red onion, then stone-baked in our traditional ovens to perfection!
As with all our tarts, we always use the finest ingredients. This tart is made with British mature cheddar, free-range egg and whole milk.
This is a flexible dish that suits many occasions, perfect for light lunches or as a centrepiece for your evening meal. Use fresh dill to garnish.
Starter: serves 4 - 6 with salad.
Lunch & Dinner: serves 2 - 4 with salad and new potatoes.
Simply 25 mins in the oven to serve hot.

|Cooking/Serving Instructions||To oven cook: Preheat oven 200°C | 180°C Fan | 400°F | Gas Mark 6. Remove from outer packaging. Place tarts in their foils on a baking tray and cook for approximately 25 minutes from chilled or 40 minutes from frozen. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.|
