Refund Policy

If you aren't satisfied with any of the items in your order please contact us via email sales@frankdalefoods.co.uk  Please ensure you send product photos with your email.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where there has been a product fault. Please note that investigations and refunds may take up to 10 working days to be investigated, fault verified and refunded to your account.  Refunds only to the card used for payment.
