|Cooking/Serving Instructions||To oven cook: Preheat oven 190°C | 180°C Fan | 400°F | Gas Mark 5. Remove foil tray, place quiches on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes from chilled or 30 - 35 minutes from frozen. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.|
