Do I need to set up an account with you?

No, you do not need to set up an account to purchase an order, however we recommend you do so you are able to check and track your orders and transactions.  

How do I change and check my account details?

Sign into your account and you will find on the main page a link to Edit account, from here you can change your passwords, payment details, address etc.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal or Debit/Credit card.

Where do you deliver?

If you order any 6 packs of product, we offer a free UK `Next Working Day' delivery service to most Mainland UK addresses, via parcel couriers. There are some delivery areas which parcel couriers cannot deliver to `Next Working Day', so please see our Delivery Info page for further details and  click here.

How are the products packaged?

Each pack of product comes in its own carton. Once we have picked your order, the cartons are packed together in a wool insulated cardboard box with ice packs. For further details on the packaging that we use please click here.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

Order any six packs, or multiples of six, of product and you will qualify for free delivery. A delivery parcel contains a maximum of six packs of product, so if you order a multiple of six you will receive more parcels, eg 18 products will be delivered in three parcels. If you order less than 6 a delivery charge is applied. If you order anything other than 6 (or a multiple of 6) then it only gives you the option to collect. Am I able to send a box as a gift?

Yes, you are able to select a separate billing and postage address, so can send a box to someone as a gift.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders must be received by midday to be processed and despatched for the 'Next Working Day'. If you order on a Friday, it will be delivered the following Tuesday, as we are delivering perishable goods which have to be despatched the afternoon before delivery.

Can I cancel an order?

Receiving your order

Does someone need to be present to accept delivery?

Where possible, please ensure there will be someone available to receive the delivery. Couriers are instructed to leave in a Safe place and to NOT take the product back to the depot.  It also states this on the box and delivery label!

Will I receive the order chilled or frozen?

Our products are packed frozen into a delivery box, which is insulated and ice packs are added to maintain temperature. Products will start to thaw in transit, but don’t worry as we have thought of this and its perfectly safe to place straight into the freezer (or fridge if you wish to use sooner).  Always check the ‘Use By’ date and remember that you can re-freeze the product even if its been in the fridge (as long as you do so before the use by date). Can I freeze the products at home?

Yes, all our products are suitable for home freezing.

How long do I cook the products for?

Cook times vary per product, but you can find cooking instructions on the back of the pack or in the specification tab of each product on our website.

How long will the products last?

From chilled you can keep our products for 3 days in the refrigerator. If you choose to freeze them, they will keep for 3 months.
